HASTELLOY® G-30® alloy (UNS N06030) is a nickel-chromium-iron material highly resistant to “wet process” phosphoric acid (P2O5). P2O5 is one of the most important industrial chemicals, being the primary source of phosphorus for agrichemical fertilizers.
Hastelloy G-30 coils are produced by rolling Hastelloy G-30 alloy sheets or plates. Based on the production process, Hastelloy G-30 alloy coils are available as either hot rolled or cold rolled. Once flattened, they can be further processed into plates and sheets. The standard finish for Hastelloy G-30 cold rolled coils is 2B, while hot rolled coils typically have a No.1 finish. If other finishes are required, please contact us for customization.
