Incoloy 825 is a very commonly used superalloy. Compared to Inconel 625 alloy, it sacrifices some corrosion resistance and strength. But this comes at a lower price. Therefore, if the properties of this alloy are sufficient for your needs, it is a very cost-effective option.
We manufacture Incoloy 825 round bar and rod according to ASTM B425 by default.
For round bars, we polish the material after hot rolling or forging to keep the size of the material. For rod, we cold draw the material on a round bar basis.
We also straighten all round bars and rods to make the material meet the standard required straightness.
