About Nickel Alloy Coil

As the leading global provider of nickel alloy materials, HZW specializes in the production and fabrication of high-quality nickel alloy coils at competitive prices.

A nickel alloy coil is derived from rolling a nickel alloy sheet or plate. Depending on the manufacturing process, there are two main types: hot rolled nickel alloy coils and cold rolled nickel alloy coils. Following flattening, they can be transformed into nickel alloy plates or sheets. The standard finish for cold rolled nickel alloy coils is 2B, while hot rolled coils typically have a No.1 finish. Custom finishes are available upon request.

HZW offers a diverse range of nickel alloy grades including Monel (400, K-500, etc.), Inconel (600, 601, 625, 718, X-750, etc.), Incoloy (800, 825, A-286, etc.), and Hastelloy (B-2, C-22, C-276, etc.). Our nickel alloy coils come in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 5mm, with customization options available for size.

We take pride in delivering superior quality products at competitive prices, backed by a team of experienced and dedicated sales professionals. Feel free to reach out to us for any inquiries or custom requests.

Nickel Alloy Coil Features

Excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, cold and thermal fatigue resistance, excellent heat and cold process (cupling, bending) performance and welding performance.

It can be used in acid, alkali, and salt corrosive atmospheres, and can meet the requirements of -253℃~ 1300℃ high temperature, abrasion and other harsh environments.

Nickel Alloy Coil Applications

  • The aerospace industry uses nickel superalloys for parts that operate at high temperatures
  • Precise components for optical instruments, satellite, and space technology is often made from nickel alloys.
  • The nuclear industry uses nickel alloys for its high corrosion resistance and superior strength.
  • Nickel alloys are also used in the chemical industry due to their corrosion resistance.
